The second largest section of our business is the Roadside assist operation.
We have acquired the contract with the A.A for the Birmingham Area for Roadside Breakdowns and Relays. Together with the contracts of the R.A.C, Call Assist, Equity Red Star and others, you can imagine how organised we need to be.
The Roadside operation runs via the main office containing the E.D.I system which is manned 24 hours, seven days a week. This enables an immediate response from one of our fully equipped Roadside vehicles or service vans. |

We currently have eight qualified technicians who will respond to the call normally within thirty minutes and make every effort to repair the vehicle and allow the member to complete their journey.
If a Roadside repair is not possible we can relay the vehicle and up to six passengers anywhere on the mainland in comfort and safety.
It is important to have a good understanding of the standards and requirements of the modern motorist and his or her vehicle. Because so many of the new cars require specialist diagnostic equipment, we have built up a data base of Service Centres, Garages and Dealers who will be able to help and advise. This alongside our own Workshop facilities ensures that every effort is made to satisfy the member’s needs.
If you are holding a special event which may involve a large volume of vehicles attending your site, there is one thing you don’t need and that’s disabled vehicles either in your car park or blocking a route in or out. We will deploy rescue vehicles to the major arteries so if anything happens we will sort it out in minutes. We can even help organise your traffic flow!
